When you use the Noobic Military Police Discord bot verification flow, we may store your Discord user ID, Roblox user ID, Roblox username, Roblox display name, Roblox profile URL, Roblox avatar URL, and the time your account was verified.

How We Use Information

We use this information to link Discord members with Roblox accounts, support bot features, prevent impersonation, and maintain accurate records for Noobic Military Police operations.

Roblox Authorization

Verification uses Roblox OAuth. You authorize access on the official Roblox website. The bot requests only basic identity and profile information needed to identify your Roblox account.

Data Sharing

We do not sell verification data. Data may be visible to authorized Noobic Military Police staff when needed to operate the bot, review records, or investigate abuse.

Data Retention

Verification records may be retained while you are a member or while they are needed for operational records. Staff may remove or update records when appropriate.
